How do I take care of my 8ADAY Hydration Bottle?
Your 8aday Hydration bottle is made of durable, eco-friendly, Tritan and is a BPA-free plastic — it is not manufactured with bisphenol A (BPA) or other bisphenol compounds, such as bisphenol S (BPS). Tritan is impact-resistant — product that can can be used without fear of shattering. Tritan is much lighter than glass — making it easier to handle without the fear of breaking, however please remember that just like other products, you should always handle it with care.
Your bottle has a convenient carry handle so you can take it wherever your day takes you. It is 100% leak and shatter proof and is dishwasher safe, however please check the water temp first, we don't recommend a hot water dishwasher. WE do recommend washing it with warm soapy water for ultimate care and longevity of your bottle.
We recommend storing your bottle with the lid off. This will help keep your bottle looking and smelling fresh. Allow your bottle to air dry completely with the lid open. This will help to avoid unwanted moisture build up in your bottle and around the seal.
Avoid using hot liquids, fizzy liquids such as mineral water and soft drinks are not advised. Avoid leaving in direct sunlight for lengths of time, your bottle won't enjoy the heat of direct sun.
- Do not put your bottle in the freezer. It won't like being so cold and frozen.
- Do not pull the straw out or pull the top section of the bottle apart it's built to be one unit if your separate the parts they won't go back together and you will break your bottle.
- The strap does come off the bottle.

How do I use my 8ADAY Hydration Bottle?
We've follow the 8 x 8 glasses of water recommendation and your water bottle holds 1 Litre of fluid. Our markers are set at 8oz glasses which you can choose how much you want to drink and at your own pace throughout your day. There's no limits and no time restrictions with our bottles.

Will my water stay cold?
Our bottles will not keep your water at a cold temperature all day. They do not hold a cooling element inside them.

How do I track my order?
All of our parcels are shipped with the correct postage carrier per you allocated country. For international orders your parcel will be handed over to your local postal company for delivery.

Why is my bottle coming from OS?
We are a family owned Australian company, our bottles are designed in Australia and currently made OS. We source our bottle materials from all over the world and ship from OS all over the globe.

What currency is used on the 8aday hydration website?
Please use our currency changer if ordering outside of Australia.
All orders on 8aday Hydration are processed in AUS dollars.
For your convenience, we have a currency converter on our site which will automatically convert the price to your local currency. However this for an indication only, 8aday Hydration process all orders in AUS. While the content of your cart will be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using your own countries currency at the most current exchange rate.
This is the reason your confirmation email amount may differ to the amount on your bank statement.
What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
My order status is 'unfulfilled', what does this mean?
If your order status is shown as unfulfilled this simply means your order has not yet been dispatched, but the payment has been successful. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your order has been fulfilled and another email providing you with a tracking number.
My bottle is a pre order as stated in the description content and with a pre order button. What happens now and when do I receive my bottle/s?
When our stocks are low we release pre sale orders. You will receive an invoice of purchase, then when your pre order product is ready for shipping a tracking number will be issued.
Please note on pre order bottles we try our best to make it possible to have your bottle shipped on time. However due to COVID or postage restrictions etc this is sometimes difficult. We make a priority to be able to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for you patience and time.
Further Pre-Order Information
As a result of increased demand, COVID related supply delays and shipping line disruptions a popular item could be set to “Pre-Order” on our website.
This essentially means that you are purchasing the goods now, but it won’t be shipped until the goods arrive here from our suppliers. All products are labelled with an “Estimated” Date of arrival (ETA) to give you a guide as to when we hope to ship your order. The advantage of Pre-ordering your goods is to ensure you can receive them… as in recent months many products have been all pre-sold before they are ready to be shipped.
In these unprecedented times however, the shipping times have been unfortunately unpredictable, and the ETA’s can change. We continue to monitor the situation daily and adjust the ETA’s on the website as required.
Please be aware there is absolutely no obligation to keep your pre-order should we experience delays, should you simply find a suitable product elsewhere or even just change your mind. All you need to do is email us your Order Number and we will process the refund immediately.
